In these challenging economic times, we, as Initiators and Organizers, understand the importance of keeping budgets and costs as low as possible to engage and persuade National Football Associations and participating Amateur National Teams for the Grassroots AMATEUR NATIONAL TEAMS Format. We present the following budget proposal for the AMATEUR NATIONAL TEAMS NATIONS CUP 2025 from 05-08 October in Austria and there in the Burgenland/Lower Austria regions as a starting point:

**Quality 3 or 4 stars Hotel & Accommodation** experienced with Football/Sport teams

5/4 Days/4/3 Nights for 24 persons - 10 Double rooms/Twin beds, 4 Single rooms

Full board (Breakfast, Lunch, Dinner, including Soft Drinks)

Cost per person per night: € 75.-

Total cost: approximately 1 night € 2.000.-​

Total cost: approximately 3 nights € 5.500.-

Total cost: approximately 4 nights € 7.500.-

 

**Transport**

Arrival and departure costs are the  responsibility of the National Association or participating Amateur National Teams  utilizing existing team buses, bus partners, or low-cost flights.

 

**Training & Match Facilities**

Professional training facilities with top-quality football pitches are located within 5-10 minutes of the accommodation, and match venues are a maximum of 45 minutes to 1 hour away. All associated costs will be covered by the Host Cities and us as Initiators and Organizers.

 

**Match & Operation Costs**

Expenses for stadium rentals, match registrations, referees, and organizational staff will also be covered free of charge by the Host Cities and us.

 

**TV & Online Streaming Production**

A free TV or streaming signal/link will be provided, with national TV and online rights transferred to the National Association.

 

**Ticketing & Match Sponsoring**

Planned ticket revenue of € 15.- per ticket, along with match sponsorship revenue, will be retained by us to support accommodation costs and cover registration, organization, referees, and other expenses.
