Basic Sporting criteria: Scouting in the highest semi-professional league or highest amateur league in the respective nation

Main criteria: No full professional background or professional appearances, regular starters with high playing time and minutes, high assist, saves, and goal percentages, awards such as Player of the Week, Player of the Season, etc.
